My stay at Tran Ly Hotel was mostly enjoyable. The friendly staff, including Anne and Tram, made my experience nice with their helpfulness and recommendations for my sightseeing. However, I did notice some drawbacks, like the absence of a window in my room and being charged for drinks in the mini fridge without prior notice. But overall, it was a good value for the price I paid.

I had a wonderful stay at Tran Ly Hotel. The staff, Anne and Tram, were exceptionally helpful, which made my experience much more enjoyable. I had an amazing stay at Tran Ly Hotel! The staff, especially Anne and Tram, were incredibly warm and helpful, making my visit to Hue truly special. The location is perfect, being within walking distance to the Citadel and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. My room was clean and maintained well, although a bit dated, but it was perfect for the low price. I had a little trouble with noise from the street at night, so earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. 🌟
